What's your first thought when you wake up? I like to wake up and think about the things I accomplished the day before. I also love when I wake up with a new idea about a direction I will take my book.
How many times a day do you brush your teeth? At least three times a day.
Do you eat meat? No, I have not eaten meat since I left my home in Poland at age 18.
What phobias do you have? I fear very little. I think the only fear I have is that putting my hair in a pony tail might make me go bald.
What color best describes your personality and why? Pink because it catches your eye when you see it and it is very soft and soothing.
What's your favorite junk food? I rarely eat junk food, but I do have a secret not most people know, I love prawn flavored chips.

If you could have any pet in the imaginable world, what would it be? I like animals but I am really not happy with people who keep them as pets. I think animals should be in the wild where they belong. I wouldn't say the same goes for dogs though… everyone knows a story can't be written without mans best friend cuddled up at your feet while you write.
Your favorite character from a book? You wouldn't know who I was talking about, so I am going to leave this blank.
From a film? I think this question reveals too much about me, so I refrain from answering.
Would you rather be a hero or an antagonist? I would rather be the antagonist because the Hero is nothing without the antagonist.
Do you own a pair of "fat" pants? Fat pants? What are those? Do you mean do I own pants I use when I gain weight? No! I have been the same weight since 5th grade.
Approx. how many pairs of shoes do you own? Well, do you mean metaphorically or in reality? In reality I own about 7 pairs. I love shoes but I don't think I should have more than I could possibly ever use.
Salty or sweet? Why is this an either or question, everyone knows that salty and sweet is the best.
Your favorite childhood pastime? Toss the hot potato skins… it is a little game we had in our village...who ever could get the skin to stick to chin of the statue of St. peter got to keep the rest of the skins as treats.
What country would you most like to visit? Ethiopia, I would like to know if there are really starving people there or if someone has been scamming me out of 20 bucks a month for the past 10 years.
Do you sleep with stuffed animals? That is just sick. I don't understand people who send their dead pets to the taxidermist anyway. I do sleep with my manuscript though.
If you could meet anyone, dead or alive, who would it be? Shakespeare so I could ask him why he didn't own up to the fact that he had help writing.
If you could go to any time period, what would it be? I would travel to the Tudor period just to laugh at the Pope as the church came tumbling down. I would also like to have been a scribe for queen Elizabeth. I would also have liked to have given king Henry the measles … measles for the weasel.
Do you follow politics? I do.
Do you read the paper daily? Of course.
Do you consider yourself successful? Without a doubt.
What is your guilty pleasure? Chinese noodles and water lots and lots of water.
Can you swim? I can do more than just swim, I am a 3 time state record holder and I also do a bit of synchronized swimming as a hobby.
Preferences Coke or Pepsi? You might have well asked… Preferences.. Acid or Battery Acid. Neither!
Chips or Pretzels? Stupid questions like this make me want to stop this quiz. I only like prawn chips and Pretzels are only good with chocolate.
Tea or Coffee? Expresso
Shower or Bath? Romans got this right…. Baths!
Chapstick or Blistex? Neither my lips have never been chapped. I drink enough water to keep my skin healthy. Maybe a little too much!
Traveling or Stationary? Traveling, is the best inspiration for new book ideas.
Wild orTame? Oh please we all know what you mean by this.... A little of both.

Are you pierced and/or inked? I got a tattoo of a frog on a lilly pad when I was younger... It is hidden though.
The Glass half empty or Half full? Half full
Are you close with your parents? I used to be… but they were visiting Chernobyl when the accident happened and they have never been the same since.

Since yesterday, I have discovered I do remember a few things about myself and I decided to take a little quiz to keep them written down so I don't forget them again.

Dear U92
I had my first fishing lesson today. Behind a wall of white cotton curtains in my bedroom, I discovered two large glass doors that open to a small lagoon with clear water that came right to my bedroom door. The first step out of my room was into the water and onto a white stone staircase as wide as the double doors. The stairs widened as they continued down to a white sandy bottom. I could see the bottom but couldn’t reach it, so I dove down and swam along the bottom looking at the shells in the sand. Back up at the surface again I treaded water and enjoyed the stillness of the private lagoon. In the center of the Lagoon, two large Dolphins herded a school of fish toward two small, pink baby dolphins. When the adult Dolphins were finished they turned their attention to me. It panicked yet thrilled me when they rushed so fast toward me then darted aside just feet away. The larger one swam to the side of me and then right in front of me and lifted his nose out of the water. He had a fish in his mouth. He nudged my hand with it. I understood that he was giving me his fish, so I took it in both hands and held on tight as it tried to wiggle out of my hands. I laughed and giggled, trying to hang on and stay above water. The dolphins laughed with me as they backed away and then swam back to the babies. I made my way back to the steps and back into my apartment. This was my first meal, and I cooked it on the small open pit in the center of my kitchen. Yesterday I was confused and tired, and didn’t remember to eat. After I ate I opened the front door. A warm breeze from the sea dried my hair.
I still do not remember who I am, how I got here, or why I am here, but I’m not worried about any of that right now. I tore the sheet I woke up in, and made a sarong. It seems to be all I have to wear. There are no closets here. I guess that’s fine because right now I don’t really need anything else. I have no desire to be anywhere else than here, so this sarong will work fine.
I was visited again in the night by the old woman in the fishing apron. This time she pointed to the fish hooks in her apron and said, “Learn to fish quietly.” I don’t know if she meant that metaphorically or not, but I did have my first fishing lesson from a very skilled expert. I seem to be in good hands.
I am happy for you that you remember some things about yourself. I like the way you answered your questions. There is something you said that surprised me. You have a tattoo of a frog on a Lily pad. I discovered today that I have a symbol tattooed onto my body. Tomorrow I will try to get a better look at it and tell you what it looks like.
I think, for now, until I figure out who I am, you can just call me
"Born Yesterday."
Later,
born
